All sales are final. However, if you receive a defective product, you are eligible for a replacement within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible. We review each claim to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is defective or damaged within the first 30 days of receiving it, we will replace it free of charge after reviewing your claim. Simply reach out to us, and we will process the replacement once the defect is confirmed. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and unused.
Since we focus on 3D-printed products, real-life puzzle treasure hunts, and digital decoder tools, we do not offer refunds for non-defective items. However, in the case of defective products, you may request a replacement within 30 days of your purchase. After the 30-day period, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

We ship all orders within the United States. The average shipping time is 2-7 days, with most orders arriving within 3 days.
A flat-rate shipping fee of $5 will be applied to each single item shipment. However, we offer free shipping on orders of 2 items or more.
When you purchase 6 items, you’ll receive the lucky 7th item for free, along with free shipping for your entire order!
To return your defective product, mail it to 5000 Midway Rd, Suite 13593, Ft. Pierce, FL 34979. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send a gift certificate to your address.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will go to the original purchaser (the gift giver).
