3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

All 3D printable files, puzzles, games, and treasure hunt-related materials provided on CipherX.xyz are strictly for non-commercial use. You are welcome to download, print, and use these materials for personal enjoyment, learning, and entertainment. Any commercial use requires explicit permission from the creator and may be subject to an earnings-sharing agreement.

5. Editing and Improvement of Materials

Users are allowed to modify and improve any 3D print files, puzzles, and game elements for personal or collaborative use. However, users must credit CipherX.xyz as the source of the original material when sharing these modifications. If you wish to use any modified content for commercial purposes, you must obtain permission from the creators and enter into a formal earnings-sharing agreement.

6. Treasure Hunts and Buried Items

Periodically, CipherX.xyz may host treasure hunts involving puzzles, clues, and sometimes real-world buried objects. By participating in these hunts, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. CipherX.xyz is not responsible for any damages or injuries sustained during participation. Additionally:

• The buried items may not have monetary value and are intended as part of the game experience.
• Participants must adhere to local laws and regulations when engaging in treasure hunt activities.
• Participants should not trespass on private property or engage in illegal activities during the hunt.

7. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To participate in certain features of CipherX.xyz, such as leaderboards or advanced puzzles, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify CipherX.xyz immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. User-Generated Content

Users may submit content, including comments, solutions, and other forms of communication, to CipherX.xyz. By submitting content, you grant CipherX.xyz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

9. Comments and Media

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment after approval.

If you upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, as visitors to the site can download and extract such data from the images.

10. Cookies

If you leave a comment on the site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to re-enter your details for future comments. Login cookies last for two days, screen options cookies for one year. If you log out, the login cookies are removed.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The arbitration shall take place in Fort Pierce, Florida, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
